Article Marketing
What if I'm Not a Good Writer?

Many potential online business owners tend to get scared of article marketing and the promoting process. One of the biggest reasons is that everyone thinks you have to be a good writer in order to become successful in this arena. Today I want to provide you with a couple tips to change your negative thinking, and what to do if you want to skip it all together.

Practice with a Blog

If you really want to figure out just how far off the scale your writing is, start a free blog. You can go to Blogger.com or WordPress and at least get one started. Since this is the testing phase just talk about something you enjoy. Think about your favorite hobby and put it into words. If you enjoy doing this it's safe to say you can become a good writer.

Unfortunately it can take tons of time to figure out everything there is to know about writing good content. You have to think about word counts, keyword and keyword density, article directory sites, the best ones, each ones guidelines, sign-ups, and about a million other things. However, if you don't want to bother with any of this I've got another answer for you.

Hire Someone to do the Work for You

If you have the finances to invest in your project, hire a ghostwriter. Just let them know exactly what you need and they will do all the work for you. The best part is you will be able to use the articles as your own. This means you put your name on each article just like you wrote them. It's a great way to start building what is called back links, which help you move up in the search engines.

While this might sound beneficial, it's still important to do your research. When looking for someone be sure to ask for samples upfront, and see if others have used their services before. If you find negative reflections on their profiles then it's in your best interest to look elsewhere.

Utilize a Specific Topic

One of the most important things you can do whether you hire a writer or do it yourself is find a specific niche. If you do decide to write the information yourself, be as thorough as possible, but also have fun. You should enjoy it and those who don't might as well hire someone to do it for them.

I recommend practicing first to see if you like it or have a knack for writing. If you do you can save tons of money over the long term and enjoy bigger profits in the end. Those who want to invest, always remember to use a reputable company or individual. You never know when a freelancer is duplicating content on the Internet and selling it as his or her own.
